We are a family friendly, casual dining restaurant in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.
We make our food with love from scratch daily.
We offer culinary accommodations like gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and take notifications of allergens seriously. Ollie’s is proud to offer extensive gluten-free and celiac-friendly options. We use a dedicated gluten-free fryer and clearly mark items that are gluten-free or can be prepared gluten-free upon request.


We are also PROUD to offer options to make our guests more comfortable while visiting us like fidgets, coloring pages, noise reducing headphones, and a choice to order through a QR code at the table or have a server take your order.

Definitely wishing this whole pipe bursting situation was an April Fools Day joke, but this is decidedly unfunny. The mitigation team has established that all the floors have to be replaced, so a flooring company will begin demo and replace flooring
Welp, not exactly serving up the welcoming atmosphere we want to offer at Ollie's. Bad news from the mitigation crew, big hole in the wall, lots of stuff still drying, and lots of painting and cleaning still to be done. We hope to invite you all back
